I am always open to working with new clients on commercial work and brand collaborations. However, I will no longer accept personal commission requests.

Branding can take 4-7 weeks depending on the request. It also depends on how timely the feedback is given

Illustrations can take 1-4 weeks depending on the size of the project and what is being requested

I charge a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your branding project. The remaining balance is to be invoiced and collected after the project is finished. However, the final files will not be sent until the remaining balance is paid. As for commercial work, we can come to an agreement based on need.

Once you have been sent over the official design concept, you have the chance of having 2 revisions. If more are requested, an additional cost will be added.

I currently do not offer refunds at this time.

If you wish to stop work on your project, you are not entitled to a refund and must reimburse AirielleMarie for any paid-for materials or licenses already purchased.
